Drive Gangtok,126kms, and 5-6 hours. Hours.Bagdogra is the nearest airport where as njp (new jalpaiguri) is the closest railway station to sikkim. Drive to Gangtok passes through a lush green vegetation adjacent to it river teesta flows in a vibrant current. Transfer to hotel.
Babamandir and nathula are situated in same circuit in high altitude area. Tsong is at 12400 feet, babamandir app. At 13000feet and nathula is at 14600 feet. Tsongo lake is an alpine lake with lots of rainbow trout though it is a sacred lake of sikkim. Visitors are not allowed to do boating and entering the lake. Baba mandir is situated much higher with a mandir established and maintained by 17th mountain brigade. Baba harbajan a soldier who perished in a gushing river in 1960 later re surfaced to protect the border of indo-china. Nathula pass is gateway to tibet and before chinese aggression this used to be only a silk route to lhasa. Nathula to lhasa is only 470 kms. Trade is being carried out between the tibet autonomous region (tar) and local sikkimese in the indian side. You can have lunch midway at the namok and take a short tea break at chungthang. Post that; proceed on your journey to lachung. On arrival in lachung, check in at the hotel. Enjoy a delicious dinner meal which will be served in the lodge itself and spend the overnight comfortable
Yumthang valley that stands for ‘the valley of flowers’ is your destination for today. After kick-starting your day with a toothsome breakfast meal, check out from the hotel and drive to reach 11,800 feet above sea level to this valley. Yumthang valley .Be prepared to get bewitched by the breath-taking beauty of yumthang. The nature sanctuary is home to a river, hot springs, billy goats, yaks, horses, a variety of rhododendron trees and grazing pasture on rolling meadows that is enclosed by the mighty himalayan mountains. Bheema and twin waterfalls . Have lunch at one of the picturesque cafés and then depart for gangtok. On the way, witness the serenity of bheema and twin waterfalls. It is not very commercialised and is nestled in the middle of the dense forests. The gushing waters makes it an experience of a kind.

After breakfast, enjoy a comfortable transfer from Gangtok to Pelling via Ravangla OR Namchi. On the way, stop by Buddha Park and witness the 130 ft. High Shakyamuni Buddha Statue OR visit the Namchi Chardham and witness the 108 ft. High Statue of Lord Shiva encircled and supported by a girdle of Chardham, which are situated in India at four different places, in East as Jagannath, West as Dwarika, South as Rameshwaram, and North as Badrinath. As you drive towards Pelling witness the beauty of the Kanchenjunga Ranges. Upon reaching, check-in to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After a hearty breakfast, indulge in an immersive City tour of Pelling. Head to the sacred Khecheopalri Lake which is also known as the wish-fulfilling lake and has religious significance in both Hindu and Buddhist folklore. Further sightseeing will include a visit to some of the most scenic waterfalls like Rimbi Waterfalls and the Kanchenjunga Waterfall. Later, seek blessings of the local deities by visiting the theKhecheopalri Monastery and Pemayangtse Monastery. Visit the Rabdentse Ruins to know about the glorious past of Sikkim. Other sightseeing places for the day include Bird Sanctuary, Darap Valley, Helipad Ground & Rimbi Orange Garden. Return back to the hotel, after a day full of sightseeing for an overnight stay.
Drive to Siliguri, on the way to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - It is approximately 130 kilometers and 4 to 5 hours drive - The road will be bit busy and jam is frequent - The drive will be along the River Teesta - Stoppage at Rangpo / Chitrey or Melli for a cup of Tea is advisable - One stop at Coronation bridge if time permits - One will travel through the area of natural beauty - Rafting on the way is an optional .
